Bluetooth Pairing (Mobile and Computer)

I have a Motorola V500 and a Dell desktop PC. I bought a Bluetooth dongle to transfer my phone photographs to my computer.

The installation goes perfectly. My computer picks up my mobile, and my mobile picks up my computer. They bond/pair (using passkey) fine (my phone asks me if I want to bond with the computer etc.). However, whenever I try to move a file from my phone to my computer, even if the computer is in "Receive a file" mode and although my phone lists my computer as a device to send to, it just says, "Unable to connect" every time.

What am I doing wrong?

Why, do you think it should be in Body & Soul? ;)
are we talking at cross purpoises?!

Please be aware this site is open to the under 18's.  I am note sure whether dongles are a suitable subject and would refer you to the rules of the site on the home page.

I agree FP and am most surprised at Indie.

Has your dongle ever worked or has it always been utterly useless? Perhaps you could try inserting it into another slot and see if it perks up.
FP - dongles arent rood, their a type of USB
conecktor for Blutoof accessrys - get your faxts rite

That's it.  I am emailing the Ed!

FP - dongles aren't rude, they're a type of USB
connector for Bluetooth accessories - get your facts right.

BLUE tooth Accessories  sounds very much to me like a porn site!  I would advise you to not use the site to advertise their products Slaisterin and IndieSwinger.  And I think you ought to take some spelling lessons!

I notised that Indieswingers speeling wasnt good.
