can anyone tell me if goats will eat nettles and will they live side by side with chickens

Not being a lover of goats, but a smallholder nonetheless, in answer to your question - as far as I know, Yes! Kx

Goats r ok with chickens and will probably raid their feed.

Goats eat everything u don't want them to. To control their feed they should be stabled then they will eat nettles and any other weeds offered. If allowed to roam, beware your garden plants. They particularly like cardboard boxes!
I used to 'goat sit' and they were given a daily treat of a licorice bar each! Mind you, I also had to cut up their salad and vegetable into pieces the size of Bird Eye diced veggies, despite the fact that they would eat anything and everything in the garden if let loose. They were also given buckets of tepid water. Talk about pampered!

My friends goats live with chickens and they eat all sorts of weeds including nettles.
