Hi

Have you tried Asda or Tesco?

Failing them, there's this online shop.

hi boo, i have tried tesco and asda but everywhere seems to start from a 7. i cant buy online ashave no credit/debit card. thanks for looking though
think will just have to send him with them big hiking socks and a size 7 lol
lol, aww bless him. I live almost next door to a school and it's heartbreaking seeing each September's little ones there, they look wayyyyy too little to be there.

Is there anyone who can order the pumps online for you? Failing that, I should imagine he'll be fine in a size 7, no doubt he'll soon grow into them!

Incidently- I bet you have a little blub on his 1st day when you see him in his shiny new uniform.

If you scroll down Mini Barretts, you'll find that they stock quite a few kids pumps ethanryan. You may be able to get them in Clarks as well.

id suggest Clarks too. Bit pricey but may be best if you cant get right size.

Hes got dinky little feet, so cute.

thanks everyone, were takin him to clarks next week for his shoes so will have a look.
i am dreading his first day its only 2 and a half hours but will feel like a life time.
it does feel strange at first, but you do get used to it and once they settle in they have so much fun!

I love it when little CRX comes home singing songs and telling me about his new best friends. He likes it that much that he goes to the holiday clubs too.
Question Author
i just hope he settles in ok. my little one is starting pre school in october too so will have to go through it all again x
Sorry can't help with the question, but just had to say ahhww - what dinky wee feet - does it need to be school pumps? What about a pair of doodles or slippers? Presumably he just needs some indoor shoes - not familiar with the english education system, but in Scotland at that age, they just wear their own clothes and they need any kind of indoor footwear. At age 3 that would be going into our Pre-pre-school year as pre- school is age 4 roughly.

My two both had size 5 and a half as their first walking shoes - (age 1 and a week) now they are an adults size 3 and 2 at age 8 last month and age 7 tomorrow. I blame their Dad - he takes a 12 or 13!
ah yes doodles (thanks annie) thats what little CRX likes to wear. a bit easier to get on and off that pumps too.

you may be lucky and find them on sale later in summer.
M&S do a small size in plimsoles
asda and tesco sell them, failing that places like clarks sell all sizes and width fittings
Question Author
he cannot wear doodles he has some of them, e has to have a uniform and pe kit just like he will when he starts school. i have tried asda tesco and m and s they all start from a 7 x
asda sell smaller sizes! they sell from birth! maybe the one you tried was poorly stocked? you are in birmingham? try one of the walmart supercentres or just go to clarks! :D
its all well and good the school saying what he has to wear but if it is impossible to get plimsoles in his size then they shall have to allow an alternative.
