Don't open any emails from any source claiming they are your bank. They are Spam emails. And yes, your bank would write to you if there was any important changes. I wouldn't even trust phone calls from anyone saying they are your bank.

thanx, should i inform my bank of these emails?
You can forward them on to a website..........give me a sec and I'll see if I can google it for you.
Which bank are you with Kitten?
Question Author
Lloyds tsb
Have a read of this. The correct term is Phishing:

you get loads for banks usually.just delete it
Question Author
so shall i un junk it then or not?
trash it
If you want to report them then you will have to un-junk them and forward them to your bank. If not then just delete them.
Question Author
ive opened it and you was right it wants my login in details or something ill forward it
If you get any similar emails, as advised in this thread don't open them just delete. Your bank won't be that interested so I wouldn't bother forwarding them. The sender will be from another country and virtually untraceable.
