Hi! I'm happy today, the workmen have been in to fix my bathroom, and they're also going to lay a new floor in the kitchen, AND they are also clearing the front "garden" that looks like a dumping ground now! Landlord's paying for it all too, isn't it great??
They're lovely guys too.
Oh, and I met the next door neighbour, who happens to be a total hunk...I think I will be found reading in my new front garden the whole summer now! lol Happy days! :O)

Only snitch is that I've borrowed their step ladder to finally put up my new curtains, which I thought were dark blue.
Well, it turns out they're very sheer and "smurf" blue....lol

No, I asked. The landlord is an old guy who owns lots of houses, all mortgages paid. So it's all profit for him whatever he charges, and he's happy that way!
