Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Why don't ABers post their wretched weekend crossword questions under the Crossword Title? I wouldn't have to waste time looking for Quiz Questions then!

I could not agree more. It would also help if there were some convention as to the title of the question (e.g. Sunday Times 1234) so that they could be searched more easily - if the search facility ever works again!

I agree, what get me is when someone writes
LOCAL Crossword or Quiz, local where?,
and why do people not scroll down to see if a
question has been asked before.

I totally agree - and not just the weekend ones by the way. It does make it much more difficult to find answers and to help those who ask for it.

This is a quizzes and puzzles site, and the last time I looked a crossword was a type of puzzle. Some of us have been using this site for years and have formed a community, along come some newbies and all they do is moan moan moan

If AB set up a separate section for Quizzes (as well as riddles) there would still be people putting their quiz questions in the "Quizzes and puzzles" section.

Ok colombus, Just explain to this newby? why are there three titles, Quizzes and Puzzles, Crosswords, and Riddles. Perhaps you haven't discovered them yet. Gosh what an old troll you are! I think your community is called chatterbank. That's where the trolls hang out. I've never spotted you before on this site. I ignore the dummies who don't know how to google for easy answers to the weekend xwords.
