HIPS pack???

My house is currently up for sale and we have already done the HIPS pack. What happens if we:

1)Took the house off the market and put it back up another time?
2)Put it up with another estate agents?

Do we need to re-do the HIPS pack?

Thanks for the information but having read through that drivel umpteen times I just get lost halfway through! LOL
It says it is valid for one year. :)

So, if you did either a) or b) you will not need another HIP provided a) was within 12 months.
Bear in mind though that many mortgage lenders demand searches must be under 3 months old at the time of completion.

There are indemnity policies which could cover out of date searches though and are much quicker and cheaper.
