what sort of phone is it??

Most modern phones either come with or have a USB lead available for them and you can use that combined with the software that comes with the phone (or you can download) to sync your outlook contacts with the phone.

thanks, its a nokia n95, the memory stick plugs into the usb, i just want to know if u can copy the contacts and paste them somehow onto the memory stick. or how would i sync them? ta
you should have got a usb cable with the phone and a CD containing the PC software install the software and attach the phone and it will let you sync with outlook contacts.

there is a sync button in the PC software just click that to do it, you'll have to make sure that it is set to sync with outlook express in the options first and not outlook.

Don't think it can be done via the memory stick though.
