if a caveat is raised how can I be sure that the company I am beneficiary to is frozen. The bank concerned ignores my letters and does not release me an income from the company. The caveators (lesser shareholders/directors) dont appear 'out of pocket' and my mole says the company is still trading.

Update: Had mediation with caveatees; they offered me my property (already mine) and one third of spouse's Retirement Fund, with lots of advice on how to hock house and invest RF......I refused offer! Took 6hrs, 5k for mediator & offices; I pay half, yet to receive solicitors costs?
