That's not her real name, she was given it as a nickname as people thought she was like someone from St. Trinian's. I think her real name is Karen...

The version I heard was that Susannah really did go to St Trinian's, hence St Trinian Susannah. Otherwise Trinny is often short for Catriona :O)
