unblurring

please help! is there anyway i can use photoshop c3 or whatever to un-blur a picture!!!

You can 'sharpen' a picture (which is as close as you'll get to 'unblurring') by using the relevant filters. I use Photoshop 6 but your version will probably have something similar to these:
Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen
Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen Edges
Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen More
Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask.

The 'trade off' is that increasing the sharpness also increase the 'grain' in a picture. The Unsharp Mask gives the greatest control over the result but it takes a bit of practice to get used to the way it works.
