I have downloaded Sky Player on windows vista. But when I try to play a film I get this message 'EXCEPTION PROCESSING MESSAGE Oxc000007b PARAMETERS 0x75c2023c 0x75c2023c 0x75c2023c 0x75c2023c.

Can anyone explain that this means.

Hi yes I have the full package. Contacted Sky but they do not what is causing the problem.
