I've also posted this in the law sec as not sure which one) Been involved in a 2yr litigation battle (property dispute with land registry) with an ex which upto now has cost me a fair amount of money and we are now waiting to hear the adjudicators decision. I have just found out - typical- that for the past year I have had legal cover included on my home insurance. Am I too late now to try and claim any money back.
If when we receive the decision, dependant on the outcome, if I wish to appeal could I then sack the solicitors who are acting for me and ask for my insurers to take over - just a thought.

Ring them up and ask - but my bet is that because this started before you had the insurance, you won't be covered.
