Makes no difference the Inland Revenue will add the two together to determine your total income and you will then be taxed accordingly.
It won't matter if you earn more than your personal allowance in both jobs.

The standard personal allowance is 5439, which is tax code 543L (the last digit replaced by an "L"), so if your tax code is different, just replace the last letter with a "9" to find out your annual personal allowance.

If you earn at least this amount in both jobs, it won't matter which is treated as your main job. Otherwise, you should ensure your tax code is assigned to the higher paid job, and the other one will be assigned code BR.
