What, if anything, can be painted on patio slabs to deter lychen and green moss etc from growing again now they have been jet washed?

regular cleaning with Jeys fluid will do it. There is nothing I know of that can be painted on and left to do the job.

Yes, Jeyes fluid does the job and will kill algea wherever it grows.
