How about this for a result last week ..well last two weeks.

Take out 18 month contract with well know mobile phone company. �40 per month and free Nokia N95 8GB phone.
Started contract in Feb 2008. Been with phone company since ...well 1993.
Anyway get letter two weeks ago.
They say we would like to change your price plan. The one your on is being retired. They offer me same minutes and text for �30 or the option to terminate contract with no penalty.
I take cancel contract option. They call me and ask why ...I make an excuse about new phone being lost. Start with another compant and get another phone. They say will you stay if we give you a new phone. Yes ok I say.
New Nokia N95 8GB arrives in post two days later.
Sell it on e-bay for �260 + �10 postage.
RESULT.

It's not fraud.
They changed my contract and had to offer termination clause. I just took them up and made excuse for leaving.
Also as well as new phone got new contract with same mins and text for �30 per month ..�10 less than prior.
Either way my company pays my mobile anyay.

Selling phone on e-bay , was like walking a mine field. So many scam artist ...like I will give you �500 if you will post it to Gambia or Ghana ...yes sure ..
So only uk buyers and paypal verified accounts or cheques ..but sold it ok and got money and positive feedback both ways.
Second result with phones.
Approx. 3 years ago ...got sent two phones ...
Waited 6 weeks and sold second on e-bay for at the time �250 ...Now that was not very honest I know ...but what the hell
