hi dot its been a unexciting weekend my neighbours kept me awake all fri night with music on so was really tired in bad mood yest so never done much ...today was going to a fun dog show with my sister but my son is ill in bed ..so just done some house work ...exciting stuff ...when i see my neighbour im going to be having a word with him ....he is a nice bloke but he just got a new gf that likes to have music on and sings ;(

Defragging - when your hard drive is nearly full, anything you save will often not be saved all in one place, but will be scattered across the drive because there is not much room. Your computer will get slow and sluggish. Some free space is needed for the memory to work efficiently.
Defragging reorganises files and puts them in a more ordered sequence - files all in one block instead of in bits. If your drive hasn't been defragged before and there's not much space, it can take a while (hours!).

Always a good idea to do a disc clean up too - it's in the same place as de frag. If you haven't done it before though it might take a while to do.

Well Dot- i've printed out a report, but it means nowt to me....if you can tell me what's the most important info, I could tell you xx

don;t think the print oput is of much use, if you have done the defrag then u should do a system cleanup , it's in the same place under system tools as the defrag short cut, you should click to delete temporary internet files
