I have just bought from ebay (UK) a treadmill, however because it comes from America it needs a Transformer.
Does anyone know where I can buy one. I have done a search on google. Thanks

You don't say if your Google search was successful or not. The motor on your treadmill is probably quite powerful, so you'd need one of those transformers you see on building sites, like this one
You'd also need buy and fit the special 110v plug to the end of your treadmill's mains lead. Otherwise, no problem.

Thank you so much.
I have seen transformers with American sockets in the Anchor amry surplus.
I'm a sparky and the first thing you have to do is find out on the treadmill the wattage so you can get the correct transformer if it says 1200 watts then it is 1.4kva and 2000 watts is 2.3kva, as transformer ratings are in kva....

watts divided by .85 divided by 1000 = kva...
