I can totally understand defamatory or abusive questions being banned, but what about the questions that are polite and reasonable subjects for discussion? I posted a question asking opinions on whether downloading music for free is damaging the music industry, and it has been banned. I don't get it!! How can we find out? There seems to be no "contact us" button.

Right at the bottom of any page in blue writing there is 'Back, 'Back to Top', 'About the site', 'Contact Us' and 'Terms of Use'.  Go to 'ContactUs', and from there you get the chance to send an enquiry.  I did this when one of my questions was banned that I couldn't see why, and it got put back on the site.
Scarlett - if you are referring to your question entitled Napster, it has not been banned, and can be found here: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Music/Question84250.html

Palfreyman - "innocent" questions are banned if they are duplicates or have a trivial, converstional themes (such as "What did everyone think of the new film/song/TV show..."). This helps create more space for the many interesting queries users' have in abudance.

Hope this clears up any confusion.
