nuts ?????

is it safe to eat a lot of nuts? i know they are healthy for you but is there a limit? i have this mad passionate craving on raw peanuts in a shell ( monkey nuts) so they arnt the manufactured nuts like the ones they sell in the pub. i can eat up to 2 large bags a day, is this ok for me??

full of good fat and protein, So all good, as long as the rest of your diet is ok i think you'll be ok
Are they the 'red skin' peanuts? Morrisons sell these in big and small bags and I was addicted to them! Gorgeous and quite sweet. They are very good for you, a good source of energy and above all fibre! As long as they are not roasted and salted you should be fine....enjoy!
tha raw ones are disgusting. Tesco do roasted monkey nuts for just under �1 for a large bag and theyre much better.

thanx everyone, my mind is st reast! i am quite healthy although i do tuck into chocolate every now and then.
the roasted ones arnt my thing and the salty ones make me feel so sick. lol. cheers.
