Has anyone ever had one of these done?

I'm thinking of having one done before my holiday in a few weeks. I've lost a bit of weight, but I think I'd also feel a lot better having one of these, too (especially because the mate I'm going with is a Skinny Minnie!), just for the extra couple of inches. :)

You can also order the packs to do them at home, but I can't seem to find anyone who's done one.

Any feedback would be really appreciated! Ta muchly, Whisks. :)

I had one done at a salon and it was really good, quite therapeutic actually! Can't say I slimmed down massively but there was a bit of a difference, though it doesn't last that long! I think I had a seaweed wrap.
a colleague had one before a night out (you are not supposed to drink after it, I think for fear of dehydration). Not sure exactly what was put on her but was then wrapped in cling film stuff. Only had a one off one and there was a definite difference she felt in her trousers - she had felt they were a bit tight before. She did only feel it lasted a few days though.

Thank you, ladies! :) It probably isn't worth the money, then, so I might give it a miss. Thanks again. :)
I had a seaweed wrap once and it did make me lose a bit of body mass(not weight). As soon as I drank a few glasses of water my clothes started to feel tight again. It was definitely a waste of money in the long term.I would have one done again if I wanted a smoother line under clothes for a special day or something.
Why don't you try out fit flops? I have just got some and my thighs and bum are looking better already in less than Aa week. They are around 36.00 per pair but seem to work.

I had a wrap, and had the same experience as daffy. Thought it was expensive and a bit of a hassle to be honest. The one I had was at a health spa and it wasn't very relaxing walking across the whole swimming pool area to the showers wrapped up in tin foil :)
Whiskey, you definitely don't need extra help to look absolutely gorgeous hun!!! You are one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen, seriously.

Hi, daffy, hun! You okay? Hmmm, those flippety flops look like a good idea, but I doubt they'd work for me as I don't walk anywhere! Seriously, it's awful. It's MK's fault for being so spaced out. :) I'm still doing my DVD, though, where I would usually have given up by now. :)

Awwww, maxie, I really love you. *hugs* :) x x
I had a wrap for a birthday treat alonng with a massage, although it was very relaxing ( I dozed off!) I didnt lose any inches at all so personally I think it is a waste of money xx
Hate to burst your bubbles Whiskey but some might lose water weight, not fat. In my opinion it's a waste of money.
Two friends of mine had it done whiskeysheri (hi). They reportedly lost over an inch from each thigh, but the results aren't long lasting. As soon as you drink, the weight goes on again. As figure's just said - it's just water weight you'd be losing. x
