For some reason I cant reply to your question on sports (shocking lol)

Buy a weekend ticket, yes the grandstand tickets are extra, you dont need them though. Why no camping? If you want to be anywhere near a good place to see the action you are muctter to camp there so you can go realy early, otherwise you will spend hours queueing to get in and out each day.

Thanks 4get :-)
thank for the text 4get. Ive just put madam down after a feed so got chance to get on.

Thanks cats! im not a camping person (too many horrible weekends in cold and wet with girl guides lol) so im really unsure about that.

Would we really have to queue a lot if we went on the bike? surely they are easier to get in and out that cars. Though i still have dreams about the time it took us 4 hours to get out of Le Mans car park after the 24hr race

what about the pit walks? any idea? I want to get him something really special.

I hope hes not reading this lol

well there will be about 3 million bikes there lol (ok nearly) so yeah it takes hours, even the british superbikes at Knockhill takes aaaages to get out of (trust me lol)
It probably is worth getting a paddock pass if it's a special occassion, but you wont get near the pits.
The camping area has toilets and showers so its not that bad.
We are going in a few weeks for the Moto GP and have hired a campervan, could you try/afford that?
Give my wee Troy Bayliss a big wave from me lol I cant believe he is gonna retire sob

(God I just saw the shocking spelling in my first post lol)
hadnt thought about hiring a camper. thats food for thought, ta.

Shall look at a paddock pass then.
