I am trying to change the rear middle seat belt on a MK2 Mondeo Ghia (1997). Apparantly I have to remove the upholstery but how do you remove the headrest holders .... the bits that the headrest slides down into? Plus, would anyone know where I could purchase a replacement middle/centre belt? I don't want to pay Ford Dealership prices if this can be avoided!

Many thanks in advance,

Phil

Cheers Norman but I have tried there ..... lots of seatbelts but none of the middle / centre types.
try a breaker / salvage yard they should be able to help you out at reasonable cost.
