Is it too late to claim for a missold endowment policy? I've just been reading an article on the internet by the FSA indicating that the building society who sold me the policy has admitted compliance weakness in selling these policies. My endowment policy was opened in 1996 - have I missed the boat?

Hi Guys, it does depend when you took it out but I have found that the best source of help and assistance in these matters is which.co.uk. At one point they even had letters templates that you could use, with step by step instructions of what to do. You do not have to subscribe or pay them anything, where as although us independant brokers can do the claiming for you we would have to charge.

Take a look on www.which.co.uk and search under endowment claims

good luck
