In Scotland it is very normal to see guys out in kilts for special occasions eg weddings, stag do's, football. Never seen them get any hassle from guys but girls always stick their hands up the kilt or try and take sneaky pics!! Most guys accept it is part and parcel of wearing a kilt and the very brave go without pants!

we had a scots regiment here for a while and we got quite used to seeing the kilt.

In England its very normal to see anyone with vague and tenuous Scottish links to wear kilts at social events.

A man in a kilt is very sexy. Not so keen on full highland dress but more so when worn with a nice white t-shirt and chunky boots. YUMMY!!!
