I posted this in property & have had no answers - somebody help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone please explain to me, the difference between being in a house sale chain and a loop. How long would the sale roughly take in either situation?

Thanks in advance

I have no idea what a house sale loop is, but I can tell you that it is impossible to say how long a sale will take if there is a chain. Nobody can answer your question as It all depends on the circumstances of each individual buyer/seller in the chain.

It's different to a house chain - hence the sale taking ages, I've been told in a loop it can happen in 4 weeks, that's why I wanted to know the difference

thanks anyway
