special dietery needs?? help needed!

Right you fine people , this is due to lack of neighbour participation, My lad who is 14 is doing his gcse's and would like feedback on the following questions please ;-)

1 Are you ? vegie, vegan, lacto intolerant, fructarian, lacto vegatarian,diabetic, low fat diet, allergies, celiac disease, other specify,
2 are there enough products on the market to suit your needs?
3 Is there a good range of meals/ desserts and snack designed for there needs?
4 If you could put a product on the market to suit what would it be?
5 How much would you sell the product of your choice for?
6 are you ? overweight? under weight , just right ?

His questions not mine, any feedback would be most welcome!! and help him to collate information for his food tech coursework, I have told him you won't let him down ! thank you in anticipation .....

1. low fat diet cos of cholesterol, allergies to sea food, strawberries.

1 - diabetic, have had all of my upper bowel removed due to ulcerative colitis

2 - Yes

3 - I cook all my own/family meals & so know exactly what goes into them, besides diabetic foodstuff is a ripoff!

4 - Sweets/chocolate for when I crave them but at a reasonable price

5 - depending on what the item was, so I don't know

6 - Overweight
