I'm pretty sure that it does as I had a bottle of Eternity in storage and when I got round to unpacking it it had gone cloudy and didn't smell that great.  I now try to make sure that if I have a favourite perfume that I use it within the year rather than trying to save it!

Yes I agree with karen it certainly does go off - but only if left for a very long time.

Although 'off' is probably not the right word, more  'interesting aroma' would sum up the smell that greeted me after opening a bottle of Rocha's 'Femme' after a couple of years!

Thanks!

I think I best throw this bottle away, or I might be smelling of an 'interesting aroma'.

it keeps for longer in the fridge, and in its box, preferably both!

Perfume will go off,

The most common cause of this is when it has longterm exposure to sunlight, UV will break it down over time, Ironically almost all perfume comes in clear bottles.

But they look better don't they!, so if you could be really bothered then your best of putting the stuff in an opaque bottle, Then you smell good but people might think your a cheapskate!

Karenj2000 a bottle of Eternity that went off! Take it back on trades description! lol
