Hi,jack..I cook in a residential home.....7days on,2 off....3 on and 2 off-then the shift pattern starts again.....every other weekend off. It is part time-but still does my head in!!

My Brother is in the police and has simular shift patterns ...

I used to work shifts back in 1986 when I was in my early 20's ...hated it ....now just Monday to Friday....
