Getting hold of Tiscali's Accounts Department

Tiscali run their accounts department from a tiny place called Alness in N Scotland. The only advertised way of contact is via an expensive 0871 number. You sit on line for minutes on end at one's own expense.
Using 'SayNoto0870' suggests phoning Tiscali Head Office in London and asking to be put through but Tiscali seem to have got wise to that and don't pick up the line anymore.
Does anybody know a regular phone number for Tiscali at PO Box 5973, Alness, Inverness, please?

I am sorry I cant help you however just wanted to back you up -my daughter has spent a small fortune contacting Tiscali.She however has had the costs of her calls refunded by way of a month' free'

I wouldnt even want you to get her started on them -believe me lol !!

every time i have spoken to tiscali it has been Bangalore.

they are up for sale now. Carphone warehouse appears to be the buyer???
