I wouldnt bother myself. Maybe try one of those sprays out the shops

I've had several spray tans and I found that Fake Bake was the best, lasted nearly a week. You could try and find a salon that uses the product.

And provided you exfoliate properly and moisturise every day after the spray tan, you should have great results! :-)
