How do i delete music from a CD rom using Media Player.Looked at help on media player which says go to navigation and delete.cant find where the navigation part is Thanks.

You can't delete anything from a CD ROM - they are read-only

Unless you are using a CD-RW, then you wont be able to delete anything from a CD-ROM.....as rojash said, they are read only.
