4oD problems

For the past few weeks whenever I open my 4oD window its comes uo with the 40D offline page een though i am clearl;y connected to the internet. its not even listing any of my already d/l programmes I have which im supposed to be able to watch even when offline. i emailed the guys at c4 but have heard nothing for several days.
anyone know a fix??

sounds like a firewall problem or some javascript script problem.

Unistall and reinstall 4od
