It can be taken in two ways lou, either

a) they are closing it to finalise it and tidy up anything before a relaunch or

b) they have decided to close it as there was not sufficient users, they give their thanks to the people that posted on it regularly.

also just to add I have also noticed that they have added a Z to the title bar, it could be that this answerbank may have complained about the blatent copying ?
