I have just been speaking of Allotments on Chatterbank. My daughter and I have had our name down for a local Allotment for a while now and maybe getting one this year. We have been told that we will have a lot of work to do with it, i.e. turfing etc.

I have just finished reading Jeffrey Archers Prison Diaries following which he tells of an inmates way to get his garden turfed over by saying that there were drugs stored in there.

Do you think if I rang the Police and told them the same, they would come and turf the allotment over for me for FREE ?

ha ha ha ha !

No, but even better they will dig it over for you. Tell them that the stuff is buried no more than two spits deep, otherwise knowing them they will turn up with a massive excavator and an incompetent driver !!

P.S. But it won't be until next year at the earliest !!!!!

I studied Forensic Medicine as part of my Uni Degree and still have a couple of bones left over, do you think I could perhaps take THOSE to the police, tell them I found them in the allotment and I think they are human.

What do you reckon ?

Hi Katie what degree did you do?

Have you heard that joke about the Italian guy who had a son in prison and needed his gardens dug up? I saw it on here somewhere. This question just reminded me of it!!

Have you tried posting this in the Law section?! LOL

Ska, no hun, I havent heard the joke but I may well take your advice and post it in Law Section for the hoot.

I studied a Masters Degree in Psychology with Forensic Medicine at the University of Aberdeen in answer to your question.

Watch out for answers in Law then.
