This is the biggest entertainment medium in the world (Halo 2 took $16million more than Spiderman 2 (The highest grossing movie of all time), on it's first day of release), So why not have a category for gaming?

Simple answer (as things stand): Beceause there isn't the demand for it.

Because the people who spent $ 16million on Halo 2 (including myself for my fella) are sat at home playing Halo 2, and not on the answerbank.
