No... all (dairy) milk contains lactose, which is a form of sugar.

Thank you for your answers. I caught the tail-end of a programme on TV and I believe that they said that cream did not have lactose.
I have rice milk these days because I thought that milk was not agreeing with me.
have you tried Lactofree, available fresh as well as UHT, where most of the lactose has been removed? It's available in most supermarkets. You can't tell the difference between it and ordinary cows milk.
