I found it very useful in WinXP to have a Windows Clipboard shortcut on the Desktop. That way I could readily check the the last thing I'd copied.

But with Vista on my new laptop, I'm blowed if I can find where it is. My searches have been fruitless.

Anyone know where MS have hidden it?

The Clipboard (aka Clipbook in XP) Viewer was removed from Vista. If you have access to an XP directory or installation disc you could try transplanting CLIPBRD.EXE into Vista.

Thanks for the suggestion Kempie, I've copied 'Clipbrd.exe' from XP and it works fine. Cheers.

Obviously the facility remains in Vista or we wouldn't be able to 'Copy'. Must be somewhere, but under some other name.
