I keep telling her the 'accepted' spelling is "lozenge"

But, after 44 years of marriage, she continues to never believe anything I say

What say all of you?

I always call it a "lozenge".
I put Lozenge although Mrs Salt is right in her thinking ..it's from the French Losenge or Losange but our accepted spelling is Lozenge ....

Thanks everybody. She insists that her spelling is perhaps obscure, but, technically correct; as someone posted, "It's French based."

Sounds to me like 'female-speak' for, "I'm not going to admit I may be wrong."

It sure will be interesting next Monday, when they post the answers
