New vauxhall/zafira advert (the ones without the kids) can anyone tell me the song featured? My boyfriend is convinced it's also in Snatch or Lock Stock but who knows?!

Your bf's right - the song is "Don't You Just Know It". Don't know who does the advert version, but the original by Huey 'Piano' Smith is on the end credits of Snatch.
