i visit a site that has a video section. at the end of january there was an itunes update and since this update i cannot watch the videos on this particular site ( others can on there pcs). we did a system restore and all was well, we could watch the videos again but itunes had disappeared ( very angry daughter ! ) so we did yet another restore to get itunes back but low and behold we cant watch the videos again. would anyone know what the solution could be ? TIA

There have been loads of posts, here on AB, from people who've found that Flash has stopped working. The solution seems to be to download it again and re-install it, but only after completely uninstalling it first.

Go to Add/Remove programs and remove any references to Flash. (e.g. Adobe Flash plugin).

Then download and reinstall Flash:
http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer

thank you for your reply. i have done as you suggested and it still doesnt work :<(
i also got a reply email from apple who suggested to uninstall quicktime and itunes and then reinstall them.....that didnt work neither :<(
i am so annoyed at this issue. i await further reply from apple.
