Hi guys.
I was given a load of Australian money for my 40th birthday. I was supposed to be going to Australia in November but because of circumstances I cannot go. My question is I'm off to Berlin on Saturday and was wondering if I could just go into a travel agents today and swap the dollars for Euro's.

Thanks in advance Vikki

I changed euros into us dollars at the airport a couple of weeks ago and had to pay commission twice, once on the transaction of euros to pounds and once on the transaction of pounds to us dollars.
If you change the Australian dollars into Euros in the UK, you are doing two transactions. Why not take them to Berlin with you and change them there?
