Hi Guys, seem to be having a problem with computer

I have a message that comes up everytime i onpen outlook express to read mail ect, click to cancel or ok to de bug, but when i do this it closes the programme what ever way i do it!
Have taken my computer back to an earlier date etc and run a scan with avg, but to no avail! getting madder and madder! think its a virus! Anyhelp would be good.
I can still get my mail through virgin,net etc, and some times it pops up on the internet programmes too!
Help pretty please!(hope you can make sense of me!

hi do you get any other error message before this one ie memory references etc?

try updating explorer
