Have just bought a George Foreman grill and apart from the obvious things to be grilled does anyone have any recipes for use with my new kitchen appliance? Thank you!

Thank you both.....

To be truthful it hasn`t arrived yet but I was going to use it this week. Probably will be a recipe book with it then. Will check.

As regards size it was 29.99 [right for two people.]

The reason for asking for ideas was that I also bought a slow cooker 2 months ago and asked for personal recipes on AB .Got some wonderful recipes.....
I like my chicken breasts done in them....just chuck the breasts in a load of herbs and/or spices and cook. You'll get virtually zero fat out of them too.

Thanks a lot all...
Fajitas are dead easy in a GF grill - just chuck on your strips of steak or chicken with some peppers, onions and a packet mix (such as Old El Paso). While it cooks get some salad ready and eat it all piled into soft tortillas with salsa, mayo, sweetcorn or whatever you fancy.

I also do paninis and toasted sandwiches on them.

I just got one at Christmas and ABers recommended trying to do fruit on it too (apple with cinnamon, banana etc) to go with icecream. Haven't tried it yet... but will do...
Cleaning a George Foreman grill - I turn it off and put a couple of layers of wet kitchen roll between the plates. Close and wait. Easy.
