The first day of what could be the divorce battle of all divorce battles was yesterday. Mucca reportedly argued that before she met Sir Paul McCartney she could support herself, however after devoting herself to him and their daughter, now they've split she has become a ' public hate figure.' She could receive around 55 million in total from the Beatles star. What do you think? Should Paul pay for marrying this woman whom he was apparently warned about? Or should this ex-model only receive enough money to keep her daughter safe and well?

If I was in a position to preside over this settlement I would give her at least half of his money...more if I could.....they married....I don't remember any mention of a shotgun at Paul's head during the ceremony.....they have a daughter....some dosh should be settled on her too.
And this interests me why ?
I think any settlement should be for the daughter only, with provision for her mother to have expenses as her daughter's carer until she is 18.

They were only married five minutes and I don't think Heather deserves anything. She has made herself into a public hate figure.
Totally agree with Lofty Lottie. She's just a gold digger and should only receive money for their daughter. She should follow the example of Billie Piper (married to Chris Evans) who didn't take a penny from him when they divorced. As Lofty says - Heather has made herself into a hate figure.
Doesn't make much sense to me.
I understand the way the law works in that if you marry someone and give up your life to put everything into your home and family for many years that you should be financially protected in the case that the marriage breaks down. I don't get the 'marry a millionaire, get divorced and claim half of their fortune.; attitude of anyone, male or female.
