Can anyone please assist with this mixed bag of questions where the initial letters to the answers are given.
WB = produced grog by steeping liquorice wood in water.

R = In the Oxford he broods, drunkenly, over Edinburgh.

T = RLS advises women against marrying one.

STAIF = Leigh's apostrophe to a bluebottle?

T = Are its carparks awash with booze on match days.

TT = heaven at Head Quarters.

R-R = Athletic smugglers needed for this?

STU = At 2.45am Frank asked Joe to do this.

VT = Sought by the cognoscenti.

I would appreciate explantions if necessary for any answers offered.

A friend suggested The Stock Exchange for 99 but I can't see why. Can you?

Can't see any connection - did google german wines and stock exchange but nothing obvious.
I have handed mine in today with a few inspired guesses. Best of luck with your's

Yes mine also has some hopefully inspired guesses and a few blank spaces! Lets hope we understand them when we get the answers.
