so is it a sit down formal meal, buffet roughly how many people are you catering for, how much do you want to spend etc etc

google has loads of receipes but you need to be a bit more specific in order to figure out what would be the best for your wedding

what about making your own corned beef, its nothing like the crap you get in tins and really nice
