Last year my family and friends went on a holiday to Tenerife. Unfortunatley it wasn't to be our dream Holiday. Building works on the All Inclusive complex meant a forever stream of workmen and wheel barrows toing and froing around the pool area. The workmen were upgrading Holiday homes ready for sale and also Installing poolside showers whilst we sunbathed. We reported this as well as broken tiles around the pool. Whilst on this Hoilday certain items were lost which we believed due to missplacing. That was until one certain evening a housekeeper let herself into our apartment for no reason. Luckily we were there and she hastily left. This was reported but to this day have not received suitable answers as to why? I have repeatedly contacted Thomas Cook who just sent an apology letter at first, but since I have requested compensation for the ruined Holiday I have only received emails advising "we are looking into this" and "due to a busy period we are backlogged". Now this happened in June 2007 and I would have hoped for a response by now. What else can I do, and how do I use the arbitration?
