facsinating thanks for posting..i wish i had the brains to debate it
1. dark matter seems to act like a type of glue holding galaxies together.
2. gravity of visible matter distorts as it goes around dark matter.
3. dark matter binds galaxies together including our own milky way else the stars would fly apart.

This new interesting technique of looking at dark matter is like watching rain through a window. You can't see the glass but you know the window is there because you can see the rain drops on the window
