Dates for 60yr olds?

My wife's parents divorced about 3 or 4 years ago after being married for over 30 years - her Dad has now remarried. Her mum has been very hurt by it all and all previous indications have been that she will see out the rest of her days as a single woman.
This Christmas, however, she mentioned she occasionally looks at contacts in papers to "see what people are looking for", but went on to say that she would NOT want any sexual relationships and fears that any man would "expect" this, thus dooming any potential relationship.
Does anyone know of any dating agencies that cater for "companionship" rather than "relationships". She's just turned 60 and is a very active person. Any ideas appreciated.
